A facility is only as good as the instructors and we have the best. Joe Iannucci Baseball Owner / Head Instructor GM Xplosion Baseball Joe is the founder and owner of Triple Play. He has been coaching and instructing for the last 16 years. During his 6 years at Triple Play, Joe has instructed hundreds of players, from the ages of 5 years old to professional players. He instructs hitting, pitching and fielding. Joe is also the co-founder of "Factual Hitting". "Factual Hitting" puts the end to all the wrong myths and theories passed down from generation to generation and puts the facts into the mechanics of the swing. Joe also is the founder of Team Xplosion, elite travel baseball and softball teams who play a challenging national schedule.
